The 4-D Adventure is a 20-seat action theater that immerses the audience in an exciting interactive film ride! During the film, the seats move, vibrate and squirt air and water in time with the action on the screen. A 5.1 surround system fills the area with high quality sound, and each person has their own private head mounted display! On some films guests can even shoot a gun grip mounted next to the seat!

Designed to be rugged and endure the kind of 24/7 hardships a theme park attraction demands, this DVD player is one of the best available for long term use.

Only one operator is required for the attraction. To start the show, the operator seats the guests and pushes the start button. Simple! The attendant can monitor the progress of the show from a remote monitor.

The 4-D Adventure does not use a bootable computer to control the system, which always has the potential of a failure. Instead, we use a custom circuit control board that is very simple in what it does, making it dependable, robust and easy to use.

To change a ride film, just insert a new DVD and a new chip on the circuit board and voila! A new show is up and running in minutes. All that's left to do is change the signs.

The seat FX are pneumatic. The compressor is a large volume unit with several stages of drying, filtering and cooling the air before it reaches the mechanical valves. Each valve controls one effect on a single seat, and the control valves are unique that if a seat has a problem, it can individually be turned off from the rest of the theater.

These special effects include Water Spritz, Air Spritz, Vibrate, Lumbar push, and seat push that play completely in synch to an action ride film.

The Head Mounted Display hangs on a Zero Gravity cable for virtually no weight on the head, neck or shoulders.
